Andrew Guzzo and Casey Nash Train Consumer Lawyers at Conference

The National Association of Consumer Advocates recently sought the expertise of Kelly Guzzo partner Andrew Guzzo and attorney Casey Nash to provide training to consumer lawyers nationwide at a virtual conference.

Beginning on May 4 and extending to June 25, the National Association of Consumer Advocates is conducting online training sessions where consumer attorneys can learn about issues related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, automobile fraud, and litigation skills.

Andrew Guzzo was asked to draw on his significant litigation experience during a May 18 session on dispositive motions, which occur when a party asks the court to effectively dismiss or decide an issue in a case before a trial starts.  Andrew has successfully defended our clients against numerous dispositive motions while litigating over 300 cases in federal court.

Additionally, Casey Nash will be speaking at a June 3 session regarding protective orders and discovery challenges.  Casey has briefed and successfully argued numerous discovery motions in state and federal courts.  Discovery is critical to helping our clients prove their claims and justify higher damage awards.

The National Association of Consumer Advocates is a nationwide organization of more than 1,500 attorneys who represent consumers impacted by fraudulent, abusive, and predatory business practices.
