Kelly Guzzo’s Kristi Kelly is a featured speaker at two upcoming consumer law events. The National Consumer Law Center is hosting the Consumer Rights Litigation Conference and the Class Action Symposium from November 9 through November 20, 2020. The conference and symposium will take place in a virtual format.
Kelly will give remarks about discovery issues related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the use of data to certify plaintiffs in class action cases. The keynote address will be provided by former U.S. Secretary of Labor Robert Reich.
The conference allows consumer lawyers from across the nation to network, share best practices, and learn from leaders in the field.
