ADVOCATES FOR INDIVIDUALSPaisly Hannah Bender is a part of the firm’s consumer law team. Her practice focuses on representing consumers in matters related to credit reports, debt collection, mortgage servicing abuses, and predatory lending.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bender clerked for the Honorable Richard W. Pollack of the Hawai‘i Supreme Court for two years. Ms. Bender attended George Mason University School of Law where she served as the Senior Research Editor for the George Mason Law Review. Following law school, Ms. Bender was a Law Fellow for the National Education Association’s Office of General Counsel.
Born and raised in Upcountry Maui, Ms. Bender attended high school at Seabury Hall.
