Paisly joined Kelly Guzzo, PLC in 2016. She’s litigated many consumer protection cases involving credit reporting errors, mortgage servicing abuses and predatory lending. 

As a dedicated consumer credit litigation lawyer, Paisly has authored or co-authored briefs leading to favorable decisions on behalf of the firm’s clients. These briefs include many of our favorable decisions in the Gibbs litigation, which successfully delivered hundreds of millions of dollars to consumers.

Before joining the firm, Paisly spent more than two years as a clerk for the Honorable Richard W. Pollack of the Supreme Court of Hawaii. She also served as senior research editor for the George Mason Law Review and as a law fellow for the National Education Association’s Office of General Counsel.
