Paisly Hannah Bender

Paisly joined the firm in 2016. Since then, her practice has focused exclusively on representing consumers, primarily in matters related to credit reporting, mortgage servicing abuses, and predatory lending.
Prior to joining the firm, Paisly clerked for the Honorable Richard W. Pollack of the Hawai‘i Supreme Court for two years. Paisly attended George Mason University School of Law where she served as the Senior Research Editor for the George Mason Law Review. Following law school, Paisly was a Law Fellow for the National Education Association’s Office of General Counsel.
Born and raised in Upcountry Maui, Paisly attended high school at Seabury Hall.
